These steps are:

Greet the Table: Assess the mood and needs of the guests, and offer a warm, tailored greeting.

Take Drink Orders: Quickly deliver drinks to make guests feel comfortable and settled.

Take Food Orders: Direct the ordering process clearly and efficiently, considering any special requests like splitting the check.

Deliver Food: Ensure the food is delivered to the correct person with seat numbers, and provide condiments and drink refills beforehand.

Check Back After 2-3 Bites: Follow up with guests after they've had a chance to try their food, offering further service and suggesting desserts.

Pre-Buss the Table: Remove unnecessary items from the table throughout the meal, but avoid clearing entree plates prematurely.

Deliver the Check: Place the check in a central location and encourage guests to take their time. Offer dessert or special promotions before doing so.

Encourage Return Visits: Inform guests of future events or specials to motivate repeat visits.
